Cuplock Standards (Verticals)

Our vertical cuplock standards are made using medium-class steel tubes as per IS 1161 / IS 1239 standards. Available in multiple sizes – 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m, and 3m – they include high-quality forged bottom cups and durable malleable cast iron top cups.

  • Cups positioned at 500mm or 1000mm center-to-center
  • Spigots of 150mm for easy vertical connections
  • Custom cup configurations (2, 3, or 6 cups on 3m standards) available on request
  • Reliable support for slab formwork, façade work, and other vertical loads

Cuplock Ledgers / Horizontals

Our ledger components are crafted from 48.3mm steel tubes (medium/light class) with strong forged ledger blades welded at both ends, ensuring a tight and secure fit.

  • Available sizes: 1.2m, 1.5m, 1.8m, 2.0m, 2.5m
  • Conforms to IS 1161 / IS 1239 standards
  • Fast installation with minimal labor
  • Suitable for forming working platforms and horizontal support
